When producing documentation, or any kind of instructions for the operation and maintenance of industrial plants, DocuMates always work with the actual end user in mind. That is, our loyalty lays with the personnel who—in the end—shall use the instructions. We also understand that it is often hard for the plant personnel to convince the management about the necessity to provide the instructions required. For that reason we will try to provide information and instructions that the plant personnel shall be able to use on their own to produce the information material they recognize as beneficial or even necessary due to laws or other legislation. To develop such general information products takes time, and we must also make them “generic” and not plant specific.
